Vivaldi "Four Seasons"

One of the most popular masterpieces of Antonio Vivaldi is “The Four Seasons“.
It is a group of four violin concerts, each of which gives a musical expression to a season of the year. This masterpiece provides one oft he earliest examples of what was later called program music. Each of the four concerts is seperated into three movements, fast – slow – fast and the listeners almost can hear the young birds in spring, the thunderstorms in summer, the drinking songs in autuum and the snow flakes in winter.
